Email Security Footer
Updated over a week ago

Automated notification emails sent from Seersite feature a security footer with your name, username, and headline to help identify genuine messages sent from Seersite and guard against "phishing" scams, which may contain harmful links and often look like official emails.
โ€‹
Seersite includes this security footer with your profile details to help identify potential malicious emails, which are unlikely to contain your accurate profile information. You can customize your profile information at anytime, and you will see those changes in the security footer on future emails. While the security footer doesn't guarantee an email's legitimacy, it provides an additional way to help differentiate between real and fake emails. Be cautious of "phishing" attacks that aim to steal sensitive data like passwords and credit card information.

If you're unsure about the information an email, do not click on any of links contained in it. Instead, visit Seersite directly by typing seersite.com into a new browser window and check your Dashboard to verify the notification or message. If you suspect a "phishing" email, please let us know by visiting seersite.com directly and using the chat bubble on the lower right side of the screen.
