  • Follow NDAs: Adhere to the terms of any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) signed with clients.

  • Data Privacy: Respect privacy laws and regulations when handling any personal or business data shared during consultations.

  • Avoid Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest before engaging in a consultation.

  • Follow Laws and Regulations: Ensure that your advice and activities comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

  • No Insider Information: Do not solicit or share non-public, material information that could impact markets or violate securities laws.


4. Consultation Guidelines

  • Be Punctual: Join all scheduled calls on time.

  • Prepare Thoroughly: Review client questions and details before the consultation to deliver valuable insights.

  • Stay On-Topic: Focus on the client’s needs and questions during consultations.

  • Respect Time Limits: Honor the scheduled duration of the consultation unless otherwise agreed upon.


5. Communication Standards

  • Use Professional Language: Maintain a professional tone in all written and verbal communications.

  • Timely Responses: Respond promptly to booking requests, questions, and communications from clients or Seersite support.

  • Clear Expectations: Ensure all parties understand the purpose and scope of a consultation before starting.


6. Platform Integrity

  • Accurate Profiles: Keep your profile information up-to-date and reflective of your true experience and expertise.

  • No Misuse: Avoid promoting unrelated services, soliciting clients directly, or engaging in fraudulent activities through the platform.

  • Respect Platform Policies: Follow Seersite’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.


7. Feedback and Reviews

  • Constructive Feedback: Leave honest and respectful feedback for clients and experts after consultations.

  • Avoid Retaliation: Do not retaliate against others for leaving feedback.


8. Reporting Violations

  • If you encounter any violations of these guidelines, report them immediately to [email protected].

  • Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.


Consequences of Violating Guidelines

Violating these Community Guidelines may result in:

  • Warnings or temporary suspensions.

  • Permanent removal from the Seersite platform.

  • Legal action, if necessary.
